When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed.

So, Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

While we can ship packages to P.O. Boxes located within the United States. At this time we do not offer oversees shipping.

I'm a hoarder. How long can my candle sit before using it?

Since our candles are made with soy wax, they will not go stale and will get better with time. After about a month of curing, the candle will reach its peak and stays there. So, even after 6 months, your candle will be fine.

Cool! Do you have gift notes?

Of course! We can fill it out for you if you specify a note to be left at checkout. If the order is going straight to the person you're gifting, we will be sure to leave the sales receipt out.

I needed my order like yesterday. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders ship within 2-5 business days and usually take 2-3 days to arrive via USPS or 4 days via UPS depending on your ship to address.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Additionally, you will receive another email when your order is out for deliver and when it has actually delivered.

I think I'm sold. How fragrant are Posh Candles?

Since we use natural soy wax, our candles will not have the same scent throw as paraffin candles or others containing  additives. You will be able to achieve a nice scent in an medium- large room such as a living room, bedroom, kitchen or office.

I might pass out if I have to part ways with my candle jar. Can I reuse the candle jar?

Of course! We would love to see how you re-purpose your Posh Candle jars. When 1/4" of wax remains, discontinue using the candle. You can place you candle in a warm oven and allow the wax to liquefy,  dump the wax, wipe and use soap and water to remove any additional residue. Our jars can be used to hold small items like pens, paper clips, q-tips, coins, a plant, and other possibilities.

For some odd reason, I don't like my candle. Do you offer exchanges or returns?

Please contact us if you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue. In the case of a candle damaged during shipment, please reach out to USPS to make a claim. We need proof of the damage to send a new candle and we will file the claim.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages,  you must also submit a claim with USPS. Please be sure to provide us with claim information prior to emailing us to remedy the situation.
