Since we package the incense just as they're ordered, you can expect your incense to arrive a little wet. If the excess moisture is not preferred, remove your incense from their sealed bag, sit your incense on a paper towel to allow them to air out and return them back to their sealed bag to preserve their fragrance.

Our fragrant incense sticks do not have an expiration date on them that would deem them ill equipped for burning but you will find that the scent may be lost due to oils evaporating. Any damage to your incense sticks can alter the burn quality so handle your sticks with care to prevent chipping.
